BDM Customs had great products and loyal customers, but almost no content to show for it. Here's how we built a steady system of photography, video, and social content that turned their feed into a growth channel.
BDM Customs relied almost entirely on word of mouth. Their social accounts were inconsistent, their website had no real photography, and whenever they did post, it was whatever photo happened to be on someone's phone. Customers couldn't get a real sense of the business online before walking in.
Without a content system in place, every post felt like starting from zero — there was no library of assets to draw from and no plan for what to create next.
Rather than a one-off shoot, we built a repeatable process for capturing, editing, and publishing content on a consistent schedule.
Regular shoots captured products, the storefront, and the people behind the brand, building a growing library of usable photos.
Behind-the-scenes clips and product features were produced specifically for Instagram Reels and TikTok.
A defined color palette, templates, and editing style kept every post recognizable at a glance.
A posting schedule gave the brand a predictable rhythm, rather than publishing only when someone remembered to.
Within the first few months, BDM Customs had a real library of brand assets to draw from and a consistent presence across every platform. Engagement grew steadily as posts started reflecting the quality customers already experienced in person — and the content became something the team was proud to share.
The content has been great, and I love what’s being created. Keep up the excellent work!
